1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k138.club ("k138", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the k138 website, mobile interface, live casino, sportsbook, slots, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the k138 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. k138 employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, k138 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update this information promptly should it change. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. k138 may reject registration or suspend an account where information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k138 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. k138 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security measures. You must notify k138 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

k138 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme consistent with responsible gaming best practices. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. k138 operates this programme to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

k138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. All transactions on k138 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your k138 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor, though FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes depending on your bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. k138 targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. 4.4 Currency

The functional currency of k138 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. k138 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the MYR value of cryptocurrency deposits.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by k138 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus terms that apply across all k138 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, and who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• k138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary. Bonuses already credited to player accounts will be honoured subject to their applicable wagering requirements.
• The use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited. k138 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected.
• k138 reserves the right to determine whether a player's betting pattern during a bonus period constitutes bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal actual gaming risk.

6. Betting Rules

k138 operates live casino games, slot machines, and sportsbook markets under the following general betting framework:

• All bets placed and accepted on the k138 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players cannot cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly available on a specific sportsbook market.
• In the event of technical malfunctions, software errors, or manifest errors in odds or payouts (including where a price is clearly incorrect due to a system error), k138 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be honoured.
• k138 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or market at any time. VIP account holders may be subject to separately negotiated limits.
• In live casino games, the outcome of all rounds is determined by the live dealer's physical actions (dealing cards, spinning the wheel, rolling dice). In slot games, all outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator ("RNG"). k138 does not alter outcomes.
• Sportsbook settlement is based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant sporting event, including any extra time or other period as specified in the individual market rules. Settlement may be delayed pending official result confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k138 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Arbitrage betting or the systematic exploitation of pricing errors across markets;
• Collusion with other players or with platform staff;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC;
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform;
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to circumvent technical security measures implemented by k138.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of k138 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

k138 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While k138 uses reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability, k138 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services and shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond k138's reasonable control.
